Quick Summary

Pour & Co. is a bar catering company serving luxury weddings, destination events, and corporate functions across Delhi NCR and India. Here’s how we work.

Pour & Co. is a bar catering company. We design, staff, and manage beverage service for weddings, destination celebrations, private parties, and corporate events. Led by Ankit Badlee, our team believes that at a high-profile event, the bar is never just a side detail. It’s where guests often spend their most relaxed moments—talking, taking photos, and reconnecting with people they haven’t seen in years. If the bar isn’t right, it stands out for the wrong reasons. When everything runs smoothly, guests simply enjoy themselves, which is exactly what we aim for.
Here’s how we manage the bar side of an event, from early planning weeks in advance to the final order at the end of the night.

1. Service That Respects Guest Privacy

Guest lists at luxury weddings, film-industry gatherings, and senior corporate events often include people who are used to being recognized. They come to relax, not to feel watched.
We train our bartenders to follow a simple rule: be efficient and warm, but never intrusive. This means no lingering conversations unless a guest invites it, no phones near the counter, and a service pace that keeps everyone comfortable. The best compliment we receive after an event isn’t “the bartenders were great.” It’s when a host says they forgot we were even managing the bar.

2. Menus Built Around the Guest List, Not a Template

We don’t use the same drinks list for every event. A 60-person Udaipur destination wedding, a 300-guest Gurugram reception, and a corporate year-end party each need their own menu, with different pacing, flavors, and levels of formality.
A typical premium menu we build includes:
  • A welcome drink guests receive within their first minute at the venue
  • 3–4 signature cocktails, often built around the couple’s story or the event theme
  • A mocktail lineup given just as much attention—not just syrup and soda, but made with the same fresh ingredients and presentation as the cocktail menu
  • Botanical and citrus infusions suited to the season
  • Consistent glassware and garnish at every station, so photos taken at 7pm and 11pm look just as good
Presentation matters just as much on camera as it does in person. Clear ice, fresh garnish, and consistent pours are important because so much of a modern wedding is captured in real time.

3. What Happens Before the First Guest Arrives

Most of what makes an event run smoothly is invisible by design. In the days and hours before service starts, our team confirms venue access and layout, transports and sets up equipment, plans ice quantities against guest count and weather, and does a final run-through of the menu with the on-site team.
Destination events add another layer. A wedding in Rajasthan or Uttarakhand means transporting glassware, mixers, and equipment ahead of time and confirming local logistics days in advance, not on the morning of the event. Outdoor Delhi NCR weddings in peak summer or winter fog also require extra planning for ice melt, heating, or setup timing.

4. Fast Service That Doesn’t Cut Corners

Every large wedding has a rush, whether it’s right after the baraat, after the pheras, or when dinner opens. If the bar can’t handle a sudden crowd, it can leave guests with one bad memory in an otherwise great night: a long wait for a drink.

We staff for the busiest moments, not just the average. Typically, we provide one bartender for every 40 to 50 guests, and add extra stations for events with more than 300 guests to avoid bottlenecks. If you want an interactive moment, we can include a flair bartending segment or a live mixology demonstration at a specific time in the program, instead of making it the default style all night. This way, service stays fast when it matters most.

5. A Bar Setup Built to Match the Event, Not a Standard Kit

The bar counter should look like it was made for your event, not just brought in from a rental catalogue. We design setups to match your décor, whether that’s a Rajasthani brass-and-marigold counter for a haldi, a clean backlit counter for a modern reception, or floral-accented stations for a garden wedding. We don’t use one fixed design for every booking.

Why Experience With Difficult Venues Matters

Outdoor weddings require planning for the weather. Destination weddings involve transport and working in unfamiliar venues. Corporate events follow a fixed schedule that isn’t as flexible as a wedding timeline. Each type of event brings its own challenges, and a team with experience in your specific event will know what questions to ask from the start.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book a bar catering team for a luxury wedding?
For peak wedding season, which is usually October to February in North India, or for any destination wedding, it’s best to book 4 to 6 months in advance. This gives enough time to finalize the menu, confirm staffing, and, for destination venues, plan transport and logistics properly.
Yes. Menus are created to match your event theme, the season, and your guest list. Many couples choose one or two signature drinks named after their own story instead of a generic house special.
Yes. Alongside Delhi NCR, we handle destination weddings and events at venues across India, including Rajasthan and Uttarakhand, planned around each venue’s specific logistics.
Every menu includes a full mocktail lineup made with the same ingredients and presentation standards as the cocktail menu, not just a reduced afterthought.
We set staffing based on your guest count and event schedule. Usually, there is one bartender for every 40 to 50 guests, and we add extra stations for events with more than 300 guests to avoid long waits during busy times.
Yes. Counters, lighting, and glassware presentation are all designed to match your theme, not just taken from a standard setup.
It works well for cocktail hours, receptions, and corporate mixers where an interactive moment fits the mood. For smaller or more formal events, straightforward, attentive service usually fits better.
Your event date, venue, estimated guest count, event schedule, and any beverage preferences are all we need to give you an accurate staffing and menu recommendation on the first call.
